Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Senior Officer to oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and government compliance within the HR team.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Senior Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing, compliance with government regulations, and effective support to employees and management.
Manage the end-to-end administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
Oversee payroll-related activities and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
Administer government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of statutory reports and remittances.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to salary, benefits, deductions, leave, and other compensation-related matters.
Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in the HRIS and other relevant systems.
Review payroll and benefits data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Assist in the development, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking and provide recommendations based on market trends.
Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and other management reports as needed.
Coordinate with government agencies, insurance providers, HMO providers, and other external partners.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonuses, and other compensation programs.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and reports.
Provide guidance and support to HR team members on compensation and benefits-related concerns.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, or rewards management is an advantage.
