Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year business course.
• Preferably HR graduate.
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in benefits administration.
• With people management experience.
• 5 to 6 years’ experience in customer service management.
• Can start immediately.
• Amenable to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding/new client setup for benefits administration.
• Supervise assigned team to deliver Benefit Administration services.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance and Admin for reports and government payments.
• Prepare management reports and validate reports from direct reports.
• Ensure end-to-end benefit administration adheres to confidentiality and data protection.
