Prince Retail Group of Companies is seeking an Associate Manager – People Care to oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems. You will guide the People Care team, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and drive improvements in pay and benefits programs.
You will lead salary structure development, monitor metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant employee offerings.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – People Care to support the planning, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems processes. This role will ensure that employee pay and benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals while providing leadership and guidance to the People Care team.
Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs for employees.
Support the development and implementation of salary structures and benefits policies.
Review payroll data and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Monitor HR-related metrics and prepare reports on compensation, benefits, and workforce costs.
Oversee HRIS administration related to compensation and benefits management.
Ensure accurate implementation of salary adjustments, benefits updates, and government-mandated changes.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
Handle employee concerns related to compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Shared Services, or related HR functions.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, labor regulations, and payroll processes.
Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
