Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a similar HR function.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of compensation strategies and programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and annual salary reviews.
• Administer and manage various employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other welfare benefits.
• Conduct market research and participate in salary surveys to ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and presentations for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies related to compensation and benefits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and individual entitlements.
• Process and reconcile benefit invoices and ensure accurate data submission to providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
