Job summary

Percepta is seeking a Compensation Analyst in the Philippines to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. You will analyze market data, ensure internal equity, and provide insights to HR and business leaders.

You will collaborate with HR Partners on compensation matters, support salary reviews and budget considerations, and help maintain salary structures and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in compensation, rewards, analytics or related HR functions.
• Experience with salary benchmarking and market survey participation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, administration, and evaluation of compensation programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking using market survey data and compensation databases.
• Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Support annual salary review, merit increase, promotion, and bonus planning processes.
• Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job classifications.
