Job summary

Moritz seeks an experienced lawyer to serve as co-counsel for commercial and procurement matters in the Philippines. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including master services, supply, and framework agreements, for clients from startups to multinationals.

Qualifications

5+ years practising commercial or procurement law in private practice or in-house.
Deep familiarity with commercial contracting — services, supply, distribution, licensing, liability, indemnities, and termination.
Public procurement grounding with experience in tender processes and procurement regulation.
Strong negotiation instincts to move deals and filter noise.
Commercial fluency to read pricing models and understand business context.

Responsibilities

Serve as co-counsel for Moritz's commercial and procurement matters in Philippines: master services, supply and distribution, framework, partnership and reseller contracts, and public procurement.
Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts for clients from startups to enterprises, on buy and sell sides.
Advise clients on public procurement: tender prep, bid compliance, framework agreements, and contract award procedures.
Draft and negotiate SLAs, pricing, payment terms, liability, indemnities, warranties, and termination provisions.
Commit to SLA milestones when accepting work with fixed turnaround times.
