Moritz, an AI-native global law firm, seeks a co-counsel with deep commercial real estate experience to support clients across startups to enterprises in the Philippines. You will draft, review, and negotiate leases and property documents and run title reviews.

You will handle due diligence for real estate aspects of M&A and financing, advise on landlord-tenant matters, and commit to SLA timelines when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years practising commercial real estate law in private practice or in-house.
• Leasing depth: office, retail, industrial, and flexible-space leases with rent review and related obligations.
• Transactional experience: sale and purchase agreements, title review, due diligence, closing mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate leases and property documents for clients from startups to enterprises.
• Lead title review and property due diligence for real estate aspects of M&A and financing transactions.
• Advise on real estate financing, security, planning, and landlord-tenant matters.
• Commit to SLA timelines when accepting work (e.g., 24h turnaround).
