The Role

• Serve as co-counsel for Moritz's real estate work in Philippines: commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, real estate aspects of corporate transactions, and development and construction agreements.
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of leases and property transaction documents for clients ranging from startups taking their first office to enterprises managing property portfolios.
• Run title review and property due diligence, including for real estate elements of M&A and financing transactions.
• Advise on real estate financing and security, planning and zoning questions, and landlord-tenant matters.
• If you accept work with a known SLA (ex: 24hr turnaround), you must commit to meeting that SLA.

What You’ll Bring
