Job summary

Moritz seeks a senior real estate counsel in the Philippines to join a global, contractor-based network. You will lead drafting, review, and negotiation of leases and property documents for startups to enterprises, and run title review and due diligence for real estate components of corporate deals.

This role requires practical judgment, financing familiarity, and the ability to meet tight SLAs. You will work as co-counsel under Moritz supervision, helping deliver fast, high‑quality real estate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practising commercial real estate law in private practice or in-house.
• Leasing depth across office, retail, industrial, and flexible spaces with related rent reviews and obligations.
• Transactional experience in sale & purchase agreements, title review, due diligence, and completion mechanics.
• Familiarity with real estate financing, mortgages, security packages, and related corporate workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of leases and property documents for clients from startups to enterprises.
• Run title review and property due diligence for real estate aspects of M&A and financing deals.
• Advise on real estate financing, security, planning, zoning, and landlord-tenant matters.
• Meet SLA commitments when accepting work with specified turnaround times.
