MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Senior Collections Analyst for a remote night-shift role. You will lead high-risk payment resolution, drive process automation, and develop KPI dashboards while mentoring junior analysts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cash applications or A/R, strong data skills, and experience in cross-functional projects. The role collaborates across Billing, Collections, and Finance teams and supports SOX-compliant close processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cash applications or revenue cycle roles.
• Expertise in A/R reconciliations and SOX controls.
• Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-risk payment exceptions and unapplied cash discrepancies.
• Drive automation, optimize cash-matching rules, and support ERP upgrades.
• Develop KPI dashboards and analyses for processing accuracy.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement process improvements.
• Coach Cash Applications Analysts I & II; create SOPs and training.
• Represent AR in cross-functional forums; align revenue cycle workflows.
• Support SOX governance and month/quarter-end close with minimal supervision.
