MicroSourcing in Libis, Quezon City, Philippines, is hiring a Collections Specialist for a hybrid night-shift role. You will monitor accounts and aging reports, contact customers to secure payment, and resolve disputes to ensure timely remittance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years in commercial collections, accounts receivable, or billing.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret invoices and aging reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned customer accounts, aging, and unpaid balances.
• Contact customers by phone/email to collect payments.
• Research pricing, invoices, and contract terms for disputes.
• Coordinate with Billing, CS, Sales, and Operations to resolve disputes.
• Maintain notes, promise dates, and documentation in systems.
• Escalate high-risk accounts and potential bad debt.
• Support month-end close and AR reporting per limits.
