Job summary

JuanHand, the leading online lending app in the Philippines, seeks a Collection Senior Team Lead based in Pasig to oversee day-to-day collection operations and guide a trained team.

You will monitor performance, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with finance and customer service to optimize recoveries while mentoring staff and driving process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role emphasizing ethical, customer-centric collection practices.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership experience supervising collections/operations teams.
• Proficient in debt collection practices, ethical and compliant.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, KPIs, and optimize strategies.
• Background in finance or related field with understanding of lending and credit risk.
• Customer service skills including escalations and negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Filipino is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pasig and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day collection operations and team performance.
