Qualifications

Role Description

The Collection Senior Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This position oversees day-to-day collection operations, including managing collection teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing portfolio performance, developing and implementing collection strategies, and coordinating with finance and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve recovery rates. The Collection Senior Team Lead also guides and mentors team members, handles escalated cases, and drives continuous process improvement to support sustainable, responsible lending.

Qualifications:

• Strong team leadership skills, with experience supervising, coaching, and developing collection or operations teams.
• Proficiency in debt collection practices and processes, with a focus on ethical, compliant, and customer-centric approaches.
• Solid analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and optimizing collection strategies and workflows.
• Background in finance or related fields, with understanding of consumer lending, credit risk, and repayment structures.
• Customer service skills, including the ability to manage escalations, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain professional communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience in digital lending, fintech, or banking collections is highly beneficial.
