Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the full warehouse cycle for our cold storage facility in Balagtas, Bulacan. You will direct inbound to dispatch, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive 24/7 readiness using Chronos WMS and NetSuite.

You will enforce HACCP/GMP/SSOP/QMS, manage three shifts, and optimize throughput while ensuring safety and customer SLAs. Strong leadership and extensive warehouse experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in cold storage operations is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems (Chronos, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and QMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging, and dispatch.
• Ensure 100% execution of daily operational plans based on volume forecasts and customer orders.
• Implement FEFO/FIFO, temperature monitoring, pallet condition checks, and stock integrity.
• Maintain loading bay scheduling, truck turnaround, and volume throughput.
• Coordinate system issues and drive improvements with IT/WMS Administrator.
