Qualifications

• Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficient with basic computer tools: Excel, WMS, Email.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity, quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrinkage control.
• Lead, train and manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
