Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. The role drives SLA adherence, productivity benchmarks and inventory integrity while leading and training the store team.

You will coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations. Immediates joiners are welcome; strong English and Tagalog communication is required, along with basic Excel, WMS and email

Qualifications

• Must lead and develop warehouse/store teams effectively.
• Strong listening and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Able to coordinate across planning, dispatch and transport teams.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
