Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities, ensuring smooth flow from receipt to shipment.

You will drive SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks, monitor inventory accuracy with cycle counts and shrinkage control, and lead, train and manage the store team while coordinating with planning, dispatch and transport.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication, English + Tagalog.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate joining available.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
