Job summary

Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the complete warehouse cycle at our Balagtas, Bulacan facility, including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, and dispatch, while ensuring strict compliance with QMS and food-safety standards.

The role requires 8+ years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience, hands-on with Chronos WMS and NetSuite, and a track record of improving throughput, inventory integrity, and customer SLA performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in warehouse/logistics operations; 3+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience in cold storage operations preferred.
• Hands-on with WMS/ERP systems (Chronos, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan).
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and QMS documentation.
• Balagtas, Bulacan location.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging, and dispatch.
• Ensure 100% execution of daily operational plans based on forecasts and customer orders.
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO, temperature control, stock integrity, and sanitation.
• Maintain loading bay efficiency, truck turnaround, and throughput.
• Oversee cycle counts, discrepancies, CAPA actions, and inventory reporting.
• Manage 3 shifts of operations personnel; weekly schedules and coaching.
• Coordinate with QA for inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
