Job summary

Hexagon Shared Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the entire warehouse cycle at our Balagtas, Bulacan facility.

You will lead inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with QMS, HACCP, and FDA standards. This role drives 24/7 readiness, leverages Chronos WMS and NetSuite, and enforces FEFO/FIFO, safety, and cost-control practices, supervising 3 shifts and coordinating with IT, QA, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in warehouse/logistics; 3+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in cold storage operations preferred.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems (Chronos, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging, and dispatch.
• Ensure daily plans align with volume forecasts and customer orders.
• Maintain FEFO/FIFO, temperature monitoring, pallet condition checks, and stock integrity.
• Oversee loading bay scheduling, truck turnaround, and throughput.
• Coordinate WMS/ERP system issues with IT/WMS Administrator.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, FSMS, and sanitation programs.
• Prepare manpower schedules across 3 shifts and supervise staff.
• Drive safety, quality, and regulatory readiness including audits.
• Monitor inventory, cycle counts, discrepancies, CAPA actions.
• Support customer audits, site visits, and SLA adherence.
