Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to help customers adopt cloud computing, diagnose issues, and design scalable AWS architectures.

You will partner with AWS teams to deliver proactive guidance and operational health for customers ranging from startups to large enterprises. In this role you will travel as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices, drive incident discussions, and help customers realize measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management or similar client-facing role.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience troubleshooting across compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, or big data in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build a foundation of knowledge around AWS cloud services and the cloud ecosystem.
• Work with customers to execute the Enterprise Support value proposition of AWS.
• Assist with operational support needs for customers already using AWS.
• Collaborate with senior technical account managers to share best-practice knowledge among AWS communities.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
• Represent AWS within a customer environment, discuss incidents, trade-offs and risk management.
