Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help customers adopt cloud computing, craft scalable architectures, and provide proactive guidance for operational health. You will partner with AWS teams to share best practices and drive customer success across diverse accounts, from startups to large enterprises.

The role requires customer-facing skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and deep technical knowledge across domains, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years in a similar technical account or customer-facing role.
Expertise in two or more technical domains such as systems, networking, DevOps, security or data.
Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Build knowledge of AWS cloud services and the cloud ecosystem.
Work with customers to deliver the Enterprise Support value proposition.
Provide operational support and guidance for AWS customers.
Collaborate with other TAMs to share best practices.
Serve as a technical liaison between customers, engineering, and support.
Represent AWS in customer environments and discuss incidents, risks, and trade-offs.
