CAPLINQ Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Administrator to own and advance Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You will troubleshoot across Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and 365 services while mentoring the Junior Cloud Administrator and coordinating with global teams.

The role emphasizes automation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to raise reliability and reduce single points of failure across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure administration and troubleshooting experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Entra ID administration, including MFA, Conditional Access, authentication, and identity lifecycle management.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune endpoint administration and device management experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, or similar enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking (DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, site connectivity).
• Experience providing advanced Tier III troubleshooting and escalation support.
• Ability to own technical issues, mentor staff, document solutions, and operate globally.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and improve Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting of Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Offer Tier III escalation and root-cause analysis for platform and infrastructure issues.
• Own and support identity, endpoint, server, networking, and collaboration services globally.
• Monitor service health, performance, and capacity; automate where possible.
• Develop standardized processes, runbooks, and documentation.
• Support migrations, DR, acquisitions, and modernization initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point and mentorJunior Cloud Administrator.
