iSupport Worldwide in Manila region is seeking a Cloud Operational Engineer (L3) to act as the ultimate technical authority for the client estate. You will resolve end-to-end issues in Entra ID, Azure, Intune and across SaaS environments, and formalize learnings into runbooks and documented standards.

You will own platform operations post-live, handle major incidents with client-facing communication, and drive automation to reduce repetitive work while maintaining tenant isolation across

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years in cloud, identity or workplace engineering, including demonstrable time operating at L3 or subject matter expert level
• Final escalation point in production environment with real service commitments
• Degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or a related field
• Expert-level Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams governance
• Deep, hands-on Entra ID expertise: authentication and authorization, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, PIM, app registrations, service principals and Microsoft Graph permissions

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve platform alerts across the monitoring estate (availability, performance, capacity, configuration drift)
• Own operational response for managed file transfer and scheduled job failures, including rerun and client communication
• Identity and access operations: Entra ID lifecycle, cross-tenant collaboration, app registrations and service principals
• Platform operations: Microsoft 365, DNS, data access across Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake and Azure SQL
• Root cause analysis and problem management for significant incidents
• Author and maintain runbooks and standards; document in Confluence; ensure knowledge lives beyond individuals
• Automation: build PowerShell automation and self-service workflows
• Operate across multiple client tenants with strict isolation; follow privileged access and break-glass procedures
• Maintain security posture with identity security and Zero Trust principles
