ActionLabs IT Services Phils. Corp, a hybrid-facing IT services company in Makati, is seeking a Cloud Operations Lead to drive proactive and reactive cloud services across Azure-based and hybrid environments.

You will oversee 8x5 operations, governance, security, and DR readiness, shaping architecture and automation. The role demands senior technical leadership, strong Azure experience, and the ability to mentor engineers while delivering cost-efficient, reliable cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in Azure cloud operations within a managed services or enterprise environment.
• Proven skills with Azure infrastructure and services, including Microsoft 365 administration, on-prem and hybrid AD, DNS and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure and hybrid infrastructure incidents as senior technical lead.
• Oversee 8x5 managed cloud operations ensuring SLA compliance and excellence.
• Provide mentoring to cloud operations engineers and drive automation initiatives.
• Establish operational standards for Azure, AKS, Microsoft 365, identity services and network infra.
• Drive cost optimization through right-sizing, capacity planning and usage analysis.
