Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing contractual relationships and service delivery for accounts.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide advice.
• Handle difficult client relationships with strong communication.
• Support design, development, testing, deployment, and transition from requirements.
• Design solutions to exceed KPIs.
• Write detailed business and system requirements and documentation.
• Provide user training and handle queries on system functionality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to close issues with root-cause analysis.
