Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Senior Accountant Expert based in Mexico to apply deep financial expertise in a dynamic, project-based environment. You will review complex financial materials, ensure accuracy and compliance, and collaborate across functions while maintaining high professional standards.

You will also contribute to AI-focused data development and evaluation initiatives, bringing accounting expertise to emerging technologies and models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and financial or legal document review
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, identify issues and risks, and provide practical, actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience with human data projects, including data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or AI model evaluation

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with accounting standards
• Evaluate audit procedures and identify process gaps, best practices, risks, and regulatory considerations
• Build, review, and assess financial models, validating their logic, structure, and assumptions
• Analyze tax compliance practices and supporting documentation, identifying risks and inconsistencies
• Review financial and legal documents and provide detailed feedback on clarity and regulatory alignment
• Deliver clear feedback on project materials to cross-functional stakeholders
• Support creation and evaluation of datasets used for AI training and model improvement
• Apply experience with data labeling or model evaluation to assess AI outputs
• Work independently across project engagements with high attention to detail and confidentiality
