The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-country collaboration, and leadership in complex client engagements, including vendor assessments and cloud-native core banking initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier-1 business school required.
• 10+ years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or with core banking product companies.
• Experience or certifications in cloud-native core banking solutions such as Thought Machine or Mambu.
• Understanding of Banking architecture (BIAN) and banking architecture transformation experience.
• Exposure to core banking vendor assessment or implementation or modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients on complex problems and help them achieve goals.
• Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems including process improvements and system enhancements.
• Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys to analyze processes, prepare reports and presentations.
• Evaluate relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and implement the plans.
• Conduct business readiness assessments and follow best practices to drive project implementation.
