Job summary

This role emphasizes client service, risk awareness, and the ability to drive improvements in processes within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and account lifecycle activities for new clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding meets partner expectations.
• Review and store client documentation in line with audit requirements.
• Maintain and update data in DTCC systems.
• Prepare reports for internal partners, senior leadership, and auditors.
