Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume transaction environment preferred.
• MS Office proficiency in Word, Excel and Web navigation; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and work under pressure.
• Documentation knowledge preferred; leadership ability to guide teammates.
• Ability to allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receipt, review, and lodgment of documentation for client products.
• Manage incoming/outgoing documents under controls and scan/lodge in the correct repository.
• Maintain documentation logs and perform end-to-end reviews for validity.
• Ensure compliance with processes, controls, and policies; support audit activities.
• Provide backup coverage during high volume periods and deliver quality service.
• Use technical knowledge to improve operation efficiency and record-keeping.
