Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume transaction environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic web navigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with receipt, review, and lodgment of documentation for client products.
• Manages physical incoming and outgoing documents under controls.
• Scans and lodges documentation in the correct repository for clients.
• Owns and maintains documentation logs for end-to-end hand-off controls.
• Completes end-to-end reviews of all documents to establish validity and accept/reject based on review.
• Maintains effective controls and compliance with processes and policies.
• Provides back-up coverage for team members during high-volume periods.
• Utilizes technical knowledge to deliver quality service and achieve operational efficiency.
