Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager (Team Lead) in BGC, Taguig, onsite with shifting schedules. You will oversee client operations, ensuring high-quality delivery and serve as the main liaison across Microsourcing departments to drive client growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years leading a team, excellent English communication, and strong MS Office skills. The role requires adaptability to shifts and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a team or supervisor role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willing to cover other shifts.
• Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment and follow supervisors' instructions.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client regarding offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by the client or MS.
• Monitor the team's performance.
• Conduct coaching sessions and issue corrective actions.
• Monitor and track daily attendance.
• Implement client policies, deadlines, and standards.
• Handle complaints and queries from staff and clients.
• Provide day-to-day operational support.
• Resolve minor client and staff issues.
• Report to Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
• Disseminate policy and company event updates to employees.
• Create and maintain staff schedules in coordination with the client.
• Prepare and maintain attendance and other management reports.
• Develop reports to improve offshore project planning and performance.
• Other tasks as assigned by superior.
