ACCIONA Energía Philippines is seeking an experienced Civil Works General Superintendent for the Malolos Clark Railway project. You will lead day-to-day civil construction, coordinating multiple fronts, subcontractors and heavy equipment to meet safety, quality and production targets.

The role requires extensive on-site leadership, strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage and reinforced concrete, and effective communication with international management.

Formación

• 10–15 years of civil construction experience.
• Experience as superintendent or senior site supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage and reinforced concrete.
• Ability to manage multiple fronts and teams.
• Read and understand civil/structural drawings.
• English communication with international management.
• Commitment to safety, quality and timely targets.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, coordinate and supervise daily civil works across multiple fronts.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, direct labor, subcontractors and equipment operators.
• Oversee earthworks, drainage, foundations and reinforced concrete activities.
• Coordinate heavy machinery and construction teams to maximize productivity.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs and QA/QC requirements.
• Monitor progress, productivity and resource utilization on site.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and interfaces across disciplines.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager and Technical Office on solutions.
