Job summary

Maersk Line Limited is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement leader to shape and run global CI strategies. You will own quality frameworks, identify skill gaps, and drive cross-functional change across GSC, Product, and Global levels, partnering with technology teams on enhancements.

The role emphasizes leading projects, mentoring teams, and leveraging Lean/Agile methods to deliver enterprise-wide improvements and sustained value for Maersk’s global operations.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading and managing projects from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and has an understanding of automation and digital solutions.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams and capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think across functions and drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
• Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
• Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.
