Job summary

Maersk Line Limited in the Philippines seeks an accomplished Continuous Improvement leader to guide enterprise-wide CI initiatives. You will shape strategy, lead cross-functional programs, and drive automation and process excellence across sites.

You have 15-20 years in CI or related fields, strong Lean/Agile knowledge, and proven ability to manage stakeholders, mentor teams, and deliver tangible enterprise improvements. This role partners with Global teams to enable scalable change.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) or Transformation.
• Proven experience leading projects from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and CI methodologies.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and has an understanding of automation and digital solutions.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams and capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think across functions and drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
• Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
• Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.
