Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centres Philippines Limited in Pasig is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to shape our CI strategy and drive enterprise-wide improvements. You will own process quality frameworks, identify skill gaps, and lead cross-functional projects across GSC, Product, and Global levels.

The role demands 15–20 years of CI/Transformation experience, strong Lean and Agile knowledge, and proven ability to coach teams, manage stakeholders, and implement automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Transformation, or related fields.
• Proven track record in leading projects from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and CI methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with technology and understanding of automation and digital solutions.
• Experience coaching and developing teams and capabilities.
• Ability to drive enterprise-wide process improvements across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
• Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
• Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.

Accountabilities:

• CI strategy development, implementation & maturity tracking.
• Process Quality ownership & skills gap identification.

Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading and managing projects from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and has an understanding of automation and digital solutions.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams and capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think across functions and drive enterprise-wide improvements.
