Market Reach Int’l Resources Corp. is seeking a Channels & Key Accounts Manager to lead key accounts and drive channel growth in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on developing business plans, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure optimal distribution and market presence. The successful candidate will manage trade relationships, address service issues, and identify opportunities for new channels or market expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and key accounts experience with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and business planning capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Solid customer service orientation and proactive issue resolution.
• Background in beauty, FMCG, distribution or logistics is highly preferred and relevant to channel dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills across multicultural teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Makati City and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts; oversee channel performance and product distribution.
• Develop and execute business plans; monitor sales and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and customer data; align pricing, promotions, and inventory with strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and stock to maximize channel outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners; address service issues and opportunities for new channels.
