Job summary

Eaton is a leading power management company seeking aSenior Sales professional to drive revenue for power distribution products and solutions in Metro Manila. You will build strong channel relationships with distributors, panel builders, contractors, consultants and system integrators.

You will develop growth plans, manage a robust project pipeline, and deliver market intelligence to support strategic commercial decisions while ensuring customer satisfaction across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• 5+ years in channel or distribution sales management.
• Experience selling electrical products and power distribution solutions.
• Knowledge of low- and/or medium-voltage electrical products.
• Willing to work in Vertis North Corporate Center Tower 3, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales revenue and growth targets for power distribution products and solutions.
• Develop and strengthen channel and customer relationships with distributors, panel builders, contractors, consultants, system integrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and execute channel growth plans that increase market share, profitability, customer penetration, and share of wallet through value-based selling.
• Develop and manage a healthy project pipeline through prospecting, pre-sales engagement, bid management, and project conversion.
• Provide market intelligence on customer requirements, competitor activity, pricing, industry trends, and opportunities to support commercial decisions.
• Manage customer engagement across the sales lifecycle, including pre-sales activities, order follow-up, post-sales engagement, training, product launches, and identification of additional business opportunities.
