Eaton is seeking a high-performing sales professional in the Philippines to drive profitable growth for Power Distribution solutions. You will build market share through channel partners and direct engagement with end users, consultants, contractors, developers, utilities, and other market influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical industry.
• Experience selling electrical products (low/medium voltage, busways, transformers).
• Strong market exposure across data centers, industrial, commercial, residential, retail, infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, orders, revenue, and profitability targets for Power Distribution.
• Develop and execute country sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Build, manage, and convert sales and project pipeline.
• Recruit and manage strategic channel partners (distributors, panel builders, system integrators).
• Drive demand creation and project specification with strategic accounts and end users.
• Promote value-based, solution-oriented selling using market intelligence.
• Lead major project pursuits and commercial engagements to maximize win rates.
• Collaborate with marketing on customer engagement programs and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and ensure operational excellence.
