Job summary

Eaton Industries - Philippines is seeking a senior channel sales professional to lead nationwide efforts for power distribution products and solutions. The role involves direct customer interaction and coordination with channel partners to drive revenue and growth.

Responsibilities include building relationships with distributors, panel builders, and contractors, developing channel growth plans, and managing a robust project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification, with Engineering, Science, or another relevant technical discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience, including 5+ years in channel or distribution sales management.
• Experience selling electrical products and power distribution solutions to projects and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual sales revenue and growth targets for power distribution products and solutions.
• Develop and strengthen channel relationships with distributors, panel builders, contractors, consultants, system integrators, and other stakeholders.
• Build and execute channel growth plans to increase market share, profitability, and customer penetration.
• Develop and manage a healthy project pipeline through prospecting, pre-sales, bid management, and project conversion.
• Provide market intelligence on customer requirements, competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends.
• Manage customer engagement across the sales lifecycle including pre-sales, order follow-up, and post-sales engagement.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to deliver competitive solutions and high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with commercial processes, bid reviews, ordering requirements, and internal policies.
