Eaton Industries - Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand Power Distribution solutions across key market segments. You will drive growth, manage strategic accounts, and recruit channel partners while collaborating with marketing and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric power distribution solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in electrical sales, strong stakeholder skills, and a deep understanding of power distribution systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical industry.
• Experience selling electrical products including low-voltage and medium-voltage equipment.
• Strong market exposure across data centers, industrial, commercial buildings, residential, retail, and infrastructure sectors.
• Solid understanding of electrical power distribution systems, control systems, and electrical design principles.
• Good product knowledge of power distribution solutions and applications.
• Experience working with and influencing key stakeholders such as panel builders, system integrators, M&E contractors, consultants, and end users.
• Strong business development, account management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop value-based technical solutions.
• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, orders, revenue, and profitability targets for the Power Distribution business.
• Develop and execute country sales strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with regional and corporate growth objectives.
• Build, manage, and convert a robust sales and project pipeline across key market segments.
• Identify, recruit, develop, and manage strategic channel partners, including distributors, panel builders, and system integrators.
• Drive demand creation and project specification through direct engagement with strategic accounts, end users, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Increase market share and product penetration by promoting value-based, solution-oriented selling and leveraging market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead major project pursuits, customer negotiations, and commercial engagements to maximize win rates and business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute customer engagement programs, technical seminars, industry events, and brand-building initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, engineering, and customer service to deliver customer-centric solutions and superior customer experience.
• Ensure operational excellence through accurate forecasting, timely submission of quotations and reports, compliance with company policies, and continuous process improvement.
