Eaton Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Sales Manager (Power Distribution) to lead channel sales activities nationwide. You will drive revenue growth with distributors, panel builders, and contractors, while building a robust project pipeline and delivering customer value.

This role requires deep knowledge of power distribution products and strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams to ensure profitable execution from pre-sales through post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 10+ years B2B sales or business development, with 5+ years channel/distribution sales management.
• Experience selling electrical products or power distribution solutions in project/channel environments.
• Knowledge of low- and/or medium-voltage electrical products and ability to engage with technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for power distribution products and solutions.
• Develop and strengthen distributor and channel relationships across stakeholders.
• Build channel growth plans to increase market share and profitability.
• Manage a healthy project pipeline through prospecting, pre-sales, and bid management.
• Provide market intelligence to support commercial decisions and customer satisfaction.
