Eaton Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the Philippines to drive growth in Power Distribution through channel partners and direct engagement with end users, consultants, and utilities.

You will manage forecasts, develop country go-to-market plans, and lead major project pursuits while collaborating with marketing, engineering, and customer service to deliver value‑based solutions and superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in electrical industry.
• Experience selling low‑voltage and medium‑voltage equipment.
• Strong market exposure across data centers, industrial, commercial buildings, residential, retail, and infrastructure.
• Strong business development and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth, market share expansion and customer adoption of Power Distribution solutions within the assigned country through channel partner development and direct engagement with end users.
• Achieve annual sales, orders, revenue, and profitability targets for the Power Distribution business.
• Develop and execute country sales strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Build, manage, and convert a robust sales and project pipeline across key market segments.
• Identify, recruit, develop, and manage strategic channel partners, including distributors, panel builders, and system integrators.
• Drive demand creation and project specification through direct engagement with strategic accounts and industry stakeholders.
• Increase market share and product penetration by promoting value-based, solution-oriented selling.
• Lead major project pursuits, customer negotiations, and commercial engagements to maximize win rates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute customer engagement programs and industry events.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions and superior experience.
• Ensure operational excellence through accurate forecasting and timely quotations and reports.
