Seven Consulting Pty is expanding its Change Management Practice and seeks a Change Manager to work with clients across engagements, delivering high-quality outcomes. The role requires autonomous work on projects, taking briefs, analyzing impacts and presenting to stakeholders.

You bring 3–5 years in Change Management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office and communication skills. CET hours apply; opportunities for Australian work pathways are highlighted in our offers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Change Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from clients and define Change Management direction.
• Analyse client operations and structure to identify change impact.
• Meet and present to stakeholders, prepare business documents and slides.
• Propose tactics to manage organisational changes for projects.
• Execute plans, schedule, report progress, raise risks and issues.
• Apply Project Management principles and Agile/Waterfall methods.
• Support recipients of change and business leaders during and after projects.
