Job summary

Seven Consulting Pty in Manila seeks a Senior Change Associate to work with clients on change management across engagements. You will partner with more senior team members in Australia, taking briefs, analysing impact, and presenting conclusions to stakeholders.

The role focuses on applying PM principles, coordinating plans, and supporting organizational change through and after delivery, with CET hours expected.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Taking briefs and instructions from clients.
• Analysing a client's business for change impact.
• Meeting and presenting to stakeholders virtually with documents and slides.
• Proposing tactics to manage organisational change for projects.
• Executing plans, scheduling, and reporting progress while raising risks.
• Applying PM principles including Agile, Waterfall and blended methods.
• Providing support to recipients of change during and after projects.
