Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead end-to-end change initiatives for complex IT-enabled programs. You will engage clients, scope work, and guide delivery with Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods from initiation to benefits realisation.

This role requires 6–9 years in Change Management, a bachelor’s degree, strong executive presentation skills, and the ability to mentor juniors. CET hours, Manila base, with a supportive culture and benefits such as 25 leave credits,

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Change Management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presentation skills
• Ability to mentor junior practitioners

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management services autonomously on complex programs
• Scope change management work and estimate resources
• Analyze client business to assess impact and lead guidelines
• Present to executive stakeholders and prepare business documents
• Execute plans, schedule, report progress, manage risks and issues
• Measure success of change interventions across adoption and usage
• Apply Project Management principles and blended methods
