Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a Senior Change Associate to work with clients on change management initiatives from our Manila office. You will partner with more senior team members in Australia on engagements and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include taking briefs, analyzing impacts, presenting to stakeholders, and applying a mix of PM methodologies. A strong English communicator with 1–3 years in related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs and instructions from clients.
• Analyse a client's business and assess impact of change.
• Prepare and present to stakeholders; create business documents/slides.
• Propose tactics to manage organizational change for projects.
• Execute on plans, schedule, report progress, identify risks/issues, support the team.
• Apply Project Management principles including Agile, Waterfall and blended methods.
• Provide support to recipients of change during and after projects.
