Job summary

Seven Consulting is building a Change Management Practice and seeks a Change Analyst/Associate to support client engagements. This junior role works with senior team members on change management tasks, ensuring quality outcomes and learning across projects.

You will analyse business impacts, prepare documents and slides, and help apply PMO and delivery principles using Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods. Office-based role in Manila with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles
• A relevant certification or a Bachelor's degree (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice

Responsibilities

• Analysing a client's business particularly where there is a potential impact from change
• Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
• Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
• Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
• Applying past experience in projects to demonstrate knowledge of Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
• Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change during and after the project
