Responsibilities

• Evaluation of current OTD&I processes to identify improvements and standardization.
• Conducting research on emerging trends and technologies for potential implementation.
• Design and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery.
• Implement process governance, process maps, quality documentation and continuous improvements for the OTD&I processes.
• Be a change management partner for stakeholders during transitions and projects.
