You will lead initiatives across an international team from Manila, defining impact and ensuring teams have the knowledge to transition through change.

This role emphasizes process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement to reduce cost-to-serve and enhance patient experiences in a global diabetes business context.

Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist

Within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization we are looking for a Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist. In our team we focus on holistically transforming the customer journey by investing in innovative ways of working from both an organizational and technological perspective. Our team empowers and enables talents to drive processes, services, digital solutions and capabilities to improve our Diabetes customer experience, increase employee satisfaction and reduce our cost-to-serve. You are defining the impact of a solution, and you ensure that teams have the right knowledge and confidence to transition through the various phases of change. You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in different countries. This is a hybrid position with office location in Manila, Philippines.

Tasks

• Evaluation of the current B2B and B2C order-to-delivery and invoicing (OTD&I) business processes to identify opportunities for improvements and standardization
• Conducting research on emerging trends and technologies for potential implementation
• Design and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery
• Implement process governance, process maps, quality documentation and continuous improvements for the OTD&I processes

Preferred Experience

It is beneficial if the Senior Business Process (BP) Project Management Specialist would have the following experience:

• S4 Hana, SAP Centerpiece, Salesforce and/or CRM (ICE) (Agile) Project Management (Scrum) Knowledge of the (Diabetes) medical device industry or pharma
