You will join a revenue-driven operation with a setter team supplying warm leads and pre-booked meetings, while maintaining a credible, consultative presence during high-stakes conversations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with HubSpot for pipeline management and deal tracking.
• Open doors and close deals with senior leaders.
• Strong phone-based sales communication with a credible presence.
• Run sharp client meetings that move toward a decision.
• Patience and genuine relationship-building with senior executives.
• At least five years of experience in business development or sales closing.

Responsibilities

• Receive warm leads and pre-booked meetings from setters and convert them into signed agreements.
• Run high-quality client meetings with senior business leaders and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial meeting through to close.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with key client contacts.
• Engage actively on the phone with prospective clients throughout the pipeline.
